Frequently Asked Questions

Do I really need wrist pads?

If you never get bruises, good for you – you’re either a pro or not swinging hard enough. For the rest of us mortals, wrist pads help you train longer without looking like you lost a fight with your kettlebell.

Will they fit me?

Yes – one size fits most. They stretch enough to fit average wrists comfortably and stay snug while you train. If you’ve got extra-large, meaty wrists, they’ll still stretch.

Do they slip or move during workouts?

Nope. They stay put through cleans, snatches, and presses. Once they’re on, they stay in place – no adjustments mid-set.

Can I wash them?

Absolutely. Toss them in the washing machine. They come out like new – no stink!

Do they have plastic inserts?

No – and that’s the point. You don’t need armor; you need protection that lets you move naturally. Our multi-layer cotton-blend pads absorb the impact without messing up your form.

What are they made of?

They’re made from a blend of cotton, nylon, and spandex – the perfect combo of stretch, breathability, and toughness. Soft on the skin, strong under pressure.

Where are they made?

They’re made in Taiwan, by a factory I work with directly. I picked this factory because they take quality seriously – no shortcuts, no sloppy stitching, no knock-off materials.

Why Taiwan? Why not the U.S.?

One day, I’d love to make them here in the United States – that’s the goal. But right now, I’m not big enough to convince a local factory to take on smaller-batch runs. Until then, I’m working with people who care about doing things right. I’ll never sacrifice quality, no matter where they’re made.

Are they just for kettlebells?

Mostly, yes – but they also work great as additional support for dumbbell snatches, barbell cleans, or even protecting your smartwatch/fitness tracker from getting smacked around.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship free anywhere in the U.S. International shipping is coming soon – or reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

How fast do they ship?

Orders usually ship within 1 business day. You’ll get tracking info as soon as they’re out the door.

What’s your story?

Glad you asked. I’m based in Brooklyn, New York. Been training, and grinding long before social media made it cool. I built these because I was tired of bruises and cheap gear that didn’t hold up.
This isn’t a faceless brand – it’s a small shop run by someone who actually trains.

What’s your return policy?

If you’re not happy, email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right – refund or exchange. No drama.
